Policies and disclaimers:  The Full Design web sites at the top of this page were designed and developed by Next Eon, and may, or may not be maintained & hosted by Next Eon. The Feature Upgrade sites at the bottom include redesigns, feature upgrades, maintenance, and/or hosting of sites that already existed, and were designed by another developer or company. With all due respect to the original developers of these sites, Next Eon does not claim credit for the design of the Feature Upgrade sites. The amount of change added by Next Eon on Feature Upgrade sites can vary widely, so no attempt is made to distinguish 'original' work from that of other individuals or firms for these sites. All sites in the Full Design section were new sites developed solely by Next Eon. In all cases Next Eon represents a total team, and not one or more indidual designers, developers or account reps acting independently.

Our policy is to provide high quality to every project, regardless of size or budget. However features can vary widely, depending on the budget for the project. A lower cost job will look different, and will have fewer features and less graphical detail than a high end job. Any design is subjective. Next Eon offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We partner with our clients to design and develop attractive, effective web sites. We will make recommendations on design, but the ultimate choice is the client's.

Next Eon is not responsible for non-functional sites or non-working features after the site is developed and turned over to the client. Hosting & maintenance clients can have a reasonable expectaion of 24 X 7 up time, but there are no implied service level guarantees unless agreed upon separately. We will make every reasonable effort to keep our hosting & maintenance clients up and running at all times. We realize that it is in our best interest to make our client sites as successful as possible, because our success depends on the success of our clients.

It is the policy of Next Eon to promote business for our clients both on the web, and through formal and informal networking channels. Please consider using the goods and services of these businesses for yourself and tell others. Also please feel free to pass a referral to us if you know of a business looking for a web site, or just has some internet / web related questions about their business.
